SHIPPING POLICY
Koth Naturals is committed to excellence, and the satisfaction of our customers.
We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in
our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might
impact delivery times. We also offer same-day dispatch.
1. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days.
Depending on your location, your order will be shipped out within these stipulated timelines:
- All orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped on the same day within Nairobi and its environs
- Free shipping is eligible for orders within Nairobi CBD
- All orders shipped after 2 PM will be shipped out the next day
- All international deliveries will be shipped out within 3-7 days. However, this depends on your local courier and the laws stipulated in your country which tend to affect the time of delivery due to customs clearance.
- You will receive a notification via e-mail/SMS once your order has been dispatched with a tracking link and any other important notification
- Incase a parcel is shipped and the receiver misses it, it will be returned to our offices and an extra shipping fee will be charged depending on the courier service used.
- Shipping rates vary depending on your region/geographical country location. This will include additional taxes based on our country law (Kenya). They will be displayed at checkout before your order is placed.
- International orders may attract extra fee charges due to customs and duty charges as per the country’s policy. We cannot guarantee that these charges will not occur and are therefore not responsible for any of these charges in your destination country. Please check your customs regulations and requirements before shipping.
- During sales, shipping may take longer due to bulk/high volume orders. Our team will be in touch with information on when you may expect your order.
- For some of our products like the Chebe & Ambunu powder, please expect your order to arrive within 2 weeks. This is to ensure we provide you with the best quality products straight from the source, Chad. 1 week for processing and 1 week for shipping to your destination. We do this to protect the integrity of our products and preserve their quality.
- For the Ambunu leaves, please expect your order to arrive within 1 week if we do not have the stock locally.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to accelerate processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information
states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
We allow you to return item (s) within a period of seven (7) days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
Koth Naturals has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock:
- We send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive
back in stock. - Hold your orders and send when one/more is back in stock. We will contact you to confirm with you and ask for your consent.
7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When dealing with us, you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties:
- You will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.
